| Radio Helsinki – the free radio in Graz – offers many people the opportunity to make a radio programme free from commercial interests. Again a many-voiced editorial team has joined forces for the second edition of the city district magazine and set out on the search for changes and developments in the district. City district development and social development as well as the players involved in the past and in the present will take centre stage in this endeavour.
