First published in September 2009 the Annenpost magazine has been issued on a bi-monthly basis. It is the literary product of the efforts of the writer Stefan Schmitzer, who is himself an Annenviertel resident. He takes notes of things he sees in the hood, of things he experiences and encounters in his strolls. In each issue selected places or institutions are presented, and people associated with them. Moreover, the Annenpost tries to respond to highly up-to-date events with regard to subjects such as changes in the district, local politics, gentrification or participation. If you, against expectation, can’t find any copy of the Annenpost in the hood, come to < rotor >, there’ll always be take-away copies available.
