The meeting of art initatives from Middle
and South-Eastern Europe consists of two parts: On the one hand there
is going to be a conference which intends the exchange of experiences
and discusses the “local responsibility / international appearance”
of the invited art initiatives. And on the other hand their will be two
public discussions which question following issues:
Panel Discussion I
“Performing an International Arts Program”

The over-regional art transfer offers important impulses for the local
scenes. What will be presented and discussed are models to realize international
programmes in spaces under various working conditions.

Publicly accessible art collections bear an enormous function in writing
and mediating art history. How a collection should be composed is subject
to various points of argumentation. There will be reports from several
MSE countries.
