Artist Talk with Vero Córdoba and Marina Stiegler

In this Talk, Marina Stiegler and Vero Córdoba, who will be joined via
Zoom from Argentina, will give an insight into their considerations
and designs of their 17-part work "Earthy Entities for the Challenges
of the 21st Century". The work emerged from a collaboration between
the two ceramic artists that began in 2018 at the Atelierhaus
Schaumbad in Graz.

Inspired by prehistoric cultic objects, they created entities that aim to
bring the archaic power of rituals and magical objects into the lives of
the modern people and thus to support them in facing the challenges
of the 21st century. A series of risographed cards explain the
respective abilities of the individual objects.
